Opera on all platforms since the good old Presto days. What drives me crazy, however, is that Opera for Apple devices still doesn't have full sync, Flow can't even come close to replacing it. Although there have been a number of voices for the inclusion of this feature, Opera's staff still fiercely opposes it. Unfortunately, my temporary solution of bookmarking Opera's synchronization web page stopped working. If I go to speeddials on sync, the page is blank, but only on Apple devices, on Win and Android the page correctly displays all synced speeddials. I don't know how long I'm gonna to endure this hardship before I jump ship.
I also use Opera. I consider Opera browser easy to use compared to other mobile browsers. The Speedials with ability to add a background from file is perfect. The translator available in toolbar (shortcut) is perfect for my needs.
I imagined more votes for Firefox. I would like to ask the forum members who voted Brave. to list some advantages of using it. Thank you very much.
Not sure really. It just seemed the best working option after Firefox Focus just started misbehaving for me at some point on my Android One phone. I have always been a Firefox user on laptops, will give the proper version another go.
I use Edge, because of sync and password manager, but I also use Brave for Youtube, because of background playback and no ADs, occasionally TOR.
Firefox because of synchronization with laptop version. Firefox Focus for privacy when I don't want to open certain page while I have other tabs opened.
Kiwi Browser, but it isn't always up to date. I would use Bromite, but it doesn't support storing passwords in the browser, which I need to do sometimes.
I would love to try Firefox again. Especially for increasing the available extensions. Is it as fast as Chromium-based browsers? Is About:config only available from beta? Is it always impossible to enter a custom DNS?
Doesn't look like there is a clear winner so far. I don't browse on the phone a lot, with the popups and ads and attempts to get me to allow notifications from almost every site. I may give Firefox Focus another go but if I browse on the phone at all I need something that blocks all of that junk.
I tried Firefox again. At the level of ads and tracking I have the same performance with Opera + Next DNS. Only one big problem. To open 10 websites that I usually frequent takes with Firefox a time that is double to that of Opera. Uninstalled.
