Here are my test results while using only Windscribe Wireguard.
(I don't know for what reason I got that certificate warning when starting Windscribe)

And here are my DNS leak results of BRAVE browser - no VPN Proxy extension - just with Windscribe at

No leaks here with the latest Brave and Mullvad desktop app.

It just means that I have "some" computer configuration that causes that leak.
It's possible some software or app, maybe, not directly related to Brave.
    I need to dig deeper.

I've just wanted to say Thank you to the Brave developers.
After the last update, I can use a VPN extension (in addition to my desktop VPN app) with Brave, and no leaks.
It means, I can start using Brave again.
    Thank you.

I have been trying out Brave again and so far I am impressed, however there is a site I visit that is detecting ad blocking, looking at the extra adblock lists available in Brave the only possible help I see would be Fanboy's annoyance, would that list include anti adblock?

Try it and see. It includes uBlock Annoyances list. And remember, you can add custom lists easily.

Yes, but while that is a nice feature, the problem is that there is no logger like in uBlock Origin. If a website doesn't work as expected (and the probability of false positives increases with more filter lists) you won't know what is the culprit. The lack of a logger is one of the biggest drawbacks in Brave.

Tried it. It didn’t detect the adblocker for me.

It's only just started doing it (on two operating systems). If you click 'I've disabled adblock' it disappears. Even if you don't disable the adblocker. I don't know why the site is detecting Brave's own adblocker all of a sudden.

Not seeing on Android version either, however as I reported above with a site I visit getting detected as having an ad blocker, now sometimes when I visit I don't get any notification and sometimes I do.

It's a bit of an enigma. I wonder what it was detecting on my Ubuntu machines. Chromebook is fine, so far ... :doubt:

Oh yeah, I forgot to ask. Are you using Brave's inline adblocker?

Hmmm ... I wonder if this is a bluff? Dogpile don't do anything about my adblockers. Maybe it's just a nag pop-up and they don't actually detect anything.

I'm still surprised people still use Dogpile anymore.

Yes, I think so. No extensions other than Stylus.
