Google Chrome Partially Disabled

I just updated my Spywareblaster program and Enabled all protection but it seems that 43 items in Google Chrome are still disabled. I went in and manually checked each one then enabled protection again and the checks disappeared and are still disabled. Below are the entries that remain disabled or unprotected. Thanks............Jim

I don't see a way to edit posts here! So: I did some different searching and found this which worked. I didn't need to do #4:

1.) Start by ensuring that Google Chrome is fully quit
2.) Uncheck those two options under "Google Chrome Protection" (mentioned above)
3.) Quit SpywareBlaster
4.) Reboot your computer
5.) Then re-open SpywareBlaster and try re-enabling those two options.
6.) And only then re-open Google Chrome
