'Lo all: Couple questions if I may:
    In W10:
Are we better off looking to/trusting to RE for recovery of images or booting from PE drives ??
    When Booting to OS:
    - I have W 10
    - Macrium Reflect
    in the RE

(I have a need for Macrium RE and it goes well as needed, also have macrium RE Bootable usb)

Am about to update my Terabyte Bundle

Can I put a Terabyte RE in as well ?? ( Will do the bootUSB as well)

    Thx.

    Ooops: W10 Boot Menu options...

If your building your device for multiple machines (with different hardware architectures), PE is best with all the basic drivers used by most machines. If you're building the device for a specific machine, RE is best 'cause it will contain any and all special drivers (NvME, special hardware, etc.), including networking (WiFi), that the machine will need. PE versions are "amachineistic" (ahhh... a new word:argh:) where RE versions are very machine specific.

Of course, with some effort, PEs can have all kind of wierd drivers added to them if the builder allows that flexibility. Since my personal Recovery Media never needed more than basic internal device drivers (SATA, disk) and USB port access, PEs work very well for me... no need for the extra driver bloat or wireless support. If I ever come across that one-time need, I'll build what's required...

    "amachineistic" (ahhh... a new word:argh:) : Fantastic :D

    Thanks...
Am "re-orging" after ditching Shadow Protect.

Having Macrium in the boot menu is nice, having Macrium boot disc is good.

For redundancy..will theTerabyte RE also install to the boot menu alongside Macrium ( will always have the Terabyte boot discs..)

trying for security without overkill :cautious:

I can't answer the Terabyte RE question as far as Terabyte's process is concerned. BUT, I use neither Terabyte's or Macrium's process in preparing my BOOT menu... I use EasyBCD. This app allows me to put any ISO or WIM (extracted from almost any WinPE ISO) into my BOOT menu and manage them while there.

If your app can produce a usable ISO or WIM, EasyBCD can easily manage it in the BOOT menu. My production BOOT menu currently contains my Macrium REFLECT WIM (extracted from its produced ISO) and an ISO produced from Minitool's Partition Wizard (I'm always muckin' around with my OS disk's partitions).
