Brian, the ssd is a standard ssd, not NVMe and the missing driver was an AHCI storage driver from HP. - thanks for your help and enjoy the rest of the weekend

Been looking for disk image solutions the last three days off and on. Last 3 Windows 10 updates have caused me problems, one in particular took two days. So really want to properly backup my Win10 home. Also been seriously thinking of going to Linux Mint or something similar. Played with Linux off and on well over a decade (VM's mostly), but still a Linux beginner, even though have very old laptop with a Linux distro that play with every 4-6 months or so.

With your TeraByte Drive Image Backup and Restore Suite Image for Windows : Complete Suite Purchase seems like it'd be a good choice for me since it also comes with Image for Linux. ( Right ? )

I hope that is the one, TBH your website and packages are a little confusing. But then again I've had over 90 windows & tabs open trying to figure this out and kind of at information overload for this topic.

    Thanks for your time.

Yes, the suite does contain Image for Linux as well. It's really a VERY good backup utility. It's really either this or Macrium Reflect, and only a matter of preference as to which is better. Considering price, you could not do better.

    Hello,

BootNow UEFI Version 1.03 was released on 06/25/2022 (available from the BootIt UEFI: Downloads page).
AFAIK, the only changes are all files are signed with a new certificate and the is now a Windows 64-bit version.

In case anyone goes to the download portal, it's still showing the previous version numbers, but the following have been updated to the respective versions.

TeraByte Drive Image Backup and Restore Suite v3.56 and associated applications and BootIt Collection (BIU v1.36, BIBM v1.84).

Okay thank you @Hadron and others bringing forward TeraBytes's latest and best let's hope.

Rarely have been able to test this one again, since some others i'm excited over been gathering preliminary backups. Not done though. I intend to create multiples (call me Prof Multiple-like the Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea character (Vincent Price).

But so far those are now safe in the Storage so good to know when i get around to TeraByte. Frankly i still really admire it because it's been a mainstay as another industry top imager/backup IMHO for plenty of years.

Does anyone use their "QnE Companion" software? I installed the trial of that software and within one hour I purchased it (https://flic.kr/p/2nWMQKc)

A while ago I didn't like that graph in their software to purchasing all of their products :D

They added NoGraph option. A simple thing like that might not mean much to most people but I'm happy with that option :thumb:

Edit - I just tested that option and indeed the graph is gone (https://flic.kr/p/2nWN1Jq)

Thanks for the screenshot pic of the progress screen. It's a really fine imager/restore program too IMO. Should things soon sort out i hope to keep them separate. Image Files that is per external disk storage box. Currently they are an assortment as been testing restores before finalizing.

I'd have stayed with the old version of Drive Snapshot as it is perfect and future proof for a long time but I bought all of the Terabyte software (the TeraByte Bundle & QnE Companion) for a ridiculously cheap price of £11 ($12.61 American dollars) for everything, which I wouldn't have bought it at their normal price of £89.58 ($102.67 American dollars) as that to me is expensive.

It's just like any other switch. Add it to a shortcut or any command line script.

To use it without a script, put this in the [Options] section of ifw.ini

    NoGraph=1
