I downloaded the Eset rescue disc from Eset site and installed it on my Ventoy usb device (added to my other programs).
When booting to the BIOS and running this program, I got " Run Eset SysRescue" .
After that I got a warning windows " Warning!!! Hibernated NTFS partition. Please resume windows and turn it properly....". Then I was requested "Please remove the installation medium, the press Enter".
How is it possible to use this rescue disc?

    Don't shutdown Windows,
but press and hold shift and restart, then select turn power off.
On next boot, from Ventoy, disk is not in hibernation state and Eset will run.

    Hi
I tried it with no success.
After booting to the Rescue disk and the disc is loading, I get the Warning Windows (attached).
few seconds later I have the License Agreement and the the scanning options (Smart or Custom).
The scanning lasts 0 to 1 seconds (attached). To exit the program I get:
"Remove the installation medium, then press ENTER"
    Hibernated 2.gif Scan 3.gif

I meant from two options offered on your first screenshot in post #3 (reboot in unhibernate state or mount as read-only). You can try both of them and see if any of them works.

Tested today, running from Ventoy stick:
Started, but freezed with a gray screen, showing only the headline "ESET SysRescue"

    From ESET support page:
    * ESET SysRescue has been tested with Windows 10 but is not officially supported. It should work in most cases, but you may experience some unreported issues with your system.*

    Guess what I did...

You think after all these years that those system rescue discs would operate without issue but guess that's over their head even now.

    Well,
there is a least one disk, that always works:
    MS-DaRT
But it is only available for MS-partners,
and you have to build it yourself, from various components. (All from MS)

Otherwise Kaspersky rescue disk is, what I recommend.

Did you enter the BIOS prior to booting from the USB drive and set "Boot Mode Selection" or equivalent setting from "UEFI only" to "Legacy Only" as noted in The Eset KB article I posted previously? When done with the SysRescue session and when rebooting to Windows, you will have to reenter the BIOS and set "Boot Mode Selection" or equivalent setting back to "UEFI only."

    No,
    of course not,
because UEFI is standard on todays machines, and any rescue disk, that is not capable, is outdated.
    So I ditched ESET

I wonder if the original issue could be related to fast startup in Windows 10? Maybe samy can try disabling it and see if it changes anything.

It's not necessary to disable Fast Startup, if the machine is powered off, before booting Eset.
    Both gives the same effect.
Judging from post #3, 440 files where scanned.
That's more an indicator of scanning the wrong drive...
