None here either and maybe 2 GB to clean. Does anyone remove the contents of the LCU folder from C:/Windows/servicing/LCU?

Kind of glad there are still other Windows 10 people around and posting. I just can't make myself like Windows 11.

Darn you @plat1098 lol. I am running 11 in both places now work/home but it is what it is.
As for cleanup, I don't really do much. What cleanup do you do? As for that folder itself LCU, I just leave it alone.

May updates - Windows 11 Pro 21H2 - 22000.652 - crashes on reboot. First time seeing the "new" blue screen of death.
    Three restores and retries.

Windows Security failed to load in the taskbar overflow upon initial restart. Another restart solved the issue. In my experience, an additional restart after an update-related issue often resolves small problems.

Wow, I have read a number of issues with that update. It's been a while since an update caused a blue screen directly. :cautious:

I guess that was an advantage that I'm running Insider beta builds--app crashes and blue screens aren't happening at the moment. v. 22621.1. Running very well at the moment. Hope it lasts.

I'm trying to help a family member to get KB5013943 (Windows 11 May cumulative update) to install, but it fails each time. This update does completely download, install to 30% (white text on a black background) after a restart, then says it needs another restart, but the screen stays black from then on.

After restarting the PC multiple times (to get in a troubleshooting menu) it complains that the update failed and will be uninstalled.

I have repeated this a couple of times (updating other drivers and running the Windows Update troubleshooter in between, in the hope of removing incompatibilities), but always with the same result: black screen at the end.

HitmanPro and Malwarebytes did not find any malware on this machine.

    What else can I try?

Hey Microsoft, you've borked Domain Controllers twice this year. You do not deserve the customers you have as you are clearly incapable of maintaining your own product. Someone needs to be pulled off the Windows team and reassigned to the Windows Phone team (yes, I realize this does not exist anymore).

Looks like they blew it this month. Which is sad because it was just January when they did it last. I wish there was an actual competitor so that everyone could move to it. They aren't going to care about this enough without the threat of losing customers.

I would say its virtually impossible to make any type of software work perfectly on every computer. Billions of combo's out there.

I would agree that is mostly true as I work in software development myself. "It works on my machine" has been somewhat of a running joke. But, breaking Domain Controllers twice this year is inexcusable. It does not seem to be random configurations, it seems to be any Domain Controller. They obviously have not been testing with them.

Agree with both of you. But to mess up DC's in inexcusable. Thankfully I was not effected by this at my job.
