Kiwi browser and Yandex browser support extensions. Both are Chromium based. If you only need adblocker you can try Brave browser which has built in adblocker. Samsung Browser supports adblock extensions like adguard but it only has the adblocker extensions.
Brave browser maybe the most secure of these all.

I use Kiwi browser with UBlock and I Don't Care About Cookies installed and it runs fine, loads pages quicker than Firefox and I never see an ad or cookie consent notice.

Does it support syncing extensions/bookmarks via an account like Chrome does?

@Mantra,it's a safe as can be,Kiwi browser is found in the Playstore as opposed to downloading an APK file, you can contact the developer if you have any concerns, the Chromium version is updated swiftly to keep up with Chrome.I have used it for a while on all my android devices and like it.

Vivaldi for Android has a pretty decent ad/ tracker blocker built in.
No extensions though but if your only concern is that you might want to give it a try.
    My main Android browser.

If your looking for an adblocker for Android, try Blokada, works very well for me and I believe works with all major browsers.

if you're on android 10 or higher, you can use nextdns or ag dns to block ads on your phone, not only in browsers but also in apps. ;)

    hi
do you mean change the dns ?
    and does it work?
i will do and test it ,changing the dns on a laptop doesn't block ads
    thanks Imdb

Firefox 99 do not support extension (and settings) sync, the risk to fail is given.
what you can sync: bookmarks, chronik, passwords, open tabs

you cant sync collections to desktop, use bookmarks instead for a "backup".
if possible sort and edit android bookmarks on desktop and sync it back.
ofc its possible to sort/edit bookmarks on android.

if you want to install addons which are not official listed: install nightly and create an addon collection in your firefox account, and let nighty load that list.
be aware that some extensions will fail on android, nor you can access settings or extension in general.
without a mouse on a tablet context menu extensions completely fail.

in case of adguard, ublock is much better for firefox. i use adguard premium (paid app for android) and firefox is whitelisted, but it blocks ads and more for the rest of android (also chrome)

chrome for android IMO cannot use extensions, but you can sync bookmarks, passwords - like firefox.

became crap (extension and list), "consent blocker" should be the first choice, ublock do the rest.

ps i run nightly since 2 years, before v68 got out of support, meanwhile v68 is gone since 1.5 years, nightly is stable for 99.99 per cent, nothing to moan.

yes. it does work. you can either set up nextdns manually or use their android app. just go to "my.nextdns.io", configure your setup and you're good to go. you can add as many filter list subscriptions as you want.
alternatively you can use ag dns on your phone.

If you phone is rooted you may use AdAway without VPN then.
