This Ubuntu Linux version of 'Windows 11' is available to install now September 20, 2021 https://betanews.com/2021/09/20/ubuntu-linux-windows-11/
This one will run fine on hardware that won't support Windows 11. For people who like the look of Windows 11 but who can't meet the hardware requirements, this is for them.
I don't get it. Why make a Linux distro look like Windows? Ubuntu might not be the most aesthetic interface (it has improved) but it's far nicer than Windows. I don't know, de gustibus non est disputandum?
I think I can get why people make Ubuntu look like Mac, there is a similarity in the overall look of both systems (they have similar roots). Although I wouldn't do it myself. There again, Mac is a lot less orange than Ubuntu lol.

I guess, to encourage Windows users to switch to Linux. I greatly prefer the look of Windows to Ubuntu, but that's just me.
