    Not if you use torrents for legal downloads like Linux distros etc. because obviously you aren't going to be doing anything naughty eh.

    You don't get DMCA notices for using torrent, only for piracy which is a different matter entirely.

    If you prefer a service to do the downloading of torrents for you (at extremely fast speeds or instantly available if they've already been cached), so you have a very fast https download link, which I personally recommend (and use) Real Debrid that only costs £28 per year.

    You need to use a VPN or seedbox for torrenting, if you want to stay "safe."

    Torrent is up and downloading stuff while you use it.
    If your vpn leaks ips or malfunctions while torrenting copyrighted material > expensive lawyer letter (in most countrys) for uploading copyrighted material.
