I'm have a problem with Vivaldi in SBIE 5.5.1.5. Quick recovery is not invoking when a download completes, as it should. It does however ask me if I want to recover the downloaded files when I close Vivaldi. The download directory is correct, so i know there's no problem with the downloaded file or an incorrect setting. Is anyone else having this issue?

Quick recovery only invokes when browser closes.
    Do you mean Immediate Recovery?

It was my understanding that immediate recovery enables quick recovery before browser close. Is that not true? Having the directory I want in quick recovery, and having the check mark enabled for immediate recovery should be enough, right? In any case, it wasn't working. But I toggled the check box in immediate recovery and now it seems to work. I don't know why or how that did anything, but it seems to have fixed it.

Quick recovery has always been meant to engage before/at close of the browser whereas "immediate recovery" would be invoked every time a file (concordant with pre-set criteria) has finished downloading, perhaps with some irregular delay.

So, yes, specifying the download-dir and enabling "immediate recovery" should do the trick and open a recovery-pop-up-window as soon as a file (meeting pre-set criteria) is downloaded.
