Revisiting SOBlocker again. Just as DriverRadarPro for me is become far more useful than I gave credit for-Smart Object Blocker has the added benefit of monitoring DLLs-EXE-Drivers- via user configuration of parameter path/object rules. Interesting to see which program NoVirusThanks Team will perhaps place in their que for updating once OSA is completed to FINAL.

Dunno yet. Have had so much superior results from DriverRadarPro that I put SmartOB on the backburner for now.

Been going thru so much effort, time and work because of Microsoft's neglect to perfect 8 and 8.1 as they should have before moving forward on 10, and this is where DriverRadarPro is shined! It alerts to USB Ports being initialized as well as displaying in exact detail other mostly Microsoft drivers loading at the time various actions are performed. And as such I been able to really iron out issues, some caused by Windows Updates themselves and other's software programs that are an important aspect to Windows 8 in keeping it running smooth as a sailboat on a calm day.

indeed , you'd need to spend you whole life ironing out these scripts to be fully effective, still its tempting to try to say the least

Exactly. And unfortunately for users, that's a sore rub. It consumes more time than it's worth to sit and write lists of rules line by line for weeks-months on end. Just not reasonable to lay that burden on the user. Power User's with all the time in the world might find it to their liking, but if such rules are required they need be in my opinion implemented similar to ERP4 where you at least have a Template to start on from Alerts.
