Can't answer about SBIE, but I never have come to any issue in running KTS and SD on the same PC.

Does Kaspersky Free install any toolbars/browser extensions or their Secure Connection VPN like the paid versions?

Also, does it have the ability to exclude folders from scanning?

    Hi @Spartan
About this question: Kaspersky has an Addon called 'Kaspersky Protection'.
For example, Kaspersky Protection for Firefox
    I supossed it's valide for 2021 versions.

VPN is installed but you can uninstall (is a separate app) and toolbar is browser depending but you can disable it if installed. On Edge I haven't any toolbar or extension but probably first time you install Kaspy there are a prompt to install it and I deny (I don't remeber since I install Kaspy long time ago and never uninstalled)
You can exclude exe or folders from scanning on Kaspersky Cloud free too (in setting there is the exclusion tab)

Yeah, you will get a prompt to install the extension in Edge first time you open it after KSCF is installed.

It's related to System Watcher component, which always monitors application activity in order to perform rollback of malware traces once an app is detected.

The difference with the paid version is the default System Watcher settings aren't visible to the user. To configure them, one has to upgrade to the paid version. Functionality in all versions remains the same,

Has anyone had their Kaspersky Security Cloud Free update, ask for PC reboot, and then turn into Kaspersky Free? Does the latter replace the former?
