    How to Turn Sidewalk off:
    1. Opening the Alexa app
    2. Opening More and selecting Settings
    3. Selecting Account Settings
    4. Selecting Amazon Sidewalk
    5. Turning Amazon Sidewalk Off

Makes ya wonder if it really turns it off or if so, if it can somehow be remotely re-enabled again without notification.

It reminds me of those garage door openers when they first came out and was all the rave how peeps would discover keycode combos and make fun weirdness happen.

So, if you buy an Amazon Alexa enabled device on or after 6/8/21 you will automatically be enrolled in this stoopid Sidewalk thing with no opt-out option?

“...Customers setting up an eligible Echo device for the first time have the opportunity to disable Sidewalk during device setup and will also receive a separate notification shortly after setup as well...”
