How does this compare to https://rufus.ie/en_US/ ?

 

The difference is that you don't have to format your usb drive every time like you need to with something like Rufus and other solutions. After installing Ventoy on the flash drive, you just have to copy the ISO into it. You may paste multiple ISO into it. Windows, Linux, etc are supported.
