then sry I must be blind, I downloaded it yesterday but I spend too much time on pc and I have double vision sometimes, anyway it does something, like removes some useless crap so its is not harmful. I never had a problem after using it and cleaning everything it says to clean
in my philosophy the less things you have the easier to analyze stuff later, less noise
yes I agree, but if everything else fails good to know there is something like that to try

Sure it detects things, but are they actually malware? In my case everything it detected was neither malware nor a PUP, so should not have been detected. It's important to note that these harmless files were all detected as being malicious. Nothing was flagged as merely being suspicious, i.e. something that is possibly is harmful, but may not be.

This would lead to bad results if used by an inexperienced user that does not know to check for false positives, as most likely it would delete some harmless software. This make is only of use for experienced users. However, experienced users wouldn't use it, as it is so outdated.

I agree , only for users who know to recognize false positives, maybe there is no "suspicious" category at all in the app
there is another app from NVT called "stream detector", this one is worth giving a try, funny thig is it flags OSA and Exe Radar PRO "streams"

Some malwares uses Alternate Data Streams to "hide" files.
More info about ADS can be found here

Any current antivirus is able to find malware in ADS files. But if malware has reached this state there has been really something wrong before.
