    I don't get it. They outsource work to technicians from Huawei then are suprised these Huawei staff can potentially access information on infrastructure indeed operated by Huawei. It's like I would give you my login, password and 2FA codes to my banking account and let you pay my bills for little fee on each transaction then be surprised and disgusted that you could ("have ability") to steal from my bank account. Do they really need a report/audit on that to realize potential threats from outsourcing work?
