   I am using a new DELL laptop running Windows 10.
   I wanted to build a Window10PE based on win10XPE.
   When booting from win10XPE I discovered that I couldn't get access to the Drive C (in Explorer file). A pop-up
   windows is asking for the code to unlock the BitLocker.
   How to obtain it? The laptop was purchased with the OS already installed.
