    I am trying to "read between the lines" on that article. It is difficult to determine the rationale here. Scenarios:

    1. they created a super tight encrypted communication tool and because some people used it for bad, the US Gov is charging them with assisting criminal activities. They say the same thing about PGP, Bitcoin, etc...... Some folks just want privacy, which is why I use TOR, but then that must mean I am a criminal by this logic. See my point?

    2. they intentionally created and "marketed" to criminals that they will be helped at every turn. If scenario 2 can be proven then full legal weight is fine by me, but ONLY if such a marketing process did happen.
