The three-dots menu in Google Search next to results? It's a new feature! https://www.ghacks.net/2021/02/03/t...gle-search-next-to-results-its-a-new-feature/
In my opinion, the three-dots menu overlay provides very little useful information and is in fact one more opportunity for Google to track users via the privacy setting. I have already toggled it off. Appreciate the info, anon.

Google Chrome Portable 88.0.4324.150 Stable (web browser) Released (February 4, 2021) (PortableApps.com)
TY, anon! Got the update. Took two attempts, the first time I ran into a system error. That doesn't usually happen. This update, as noted, includes 10 security fixes, of which 8 have a High rating and 1 is Medium. Thanks again!
It might have been the fastest chrome update ever for me. It seemed like it wanted a restart after about 5 seconds.
Hey Osaban! Hope you are well. Updating Chrome on a second machine went flawlessly, albeit a bit longer than usual. In fact I thought it was going to encounter another error. All good though. Funny how it can be fast for some and slow for others!
