No, I switched to SRWare Iron. Reasons: Basilisk was heavier on RAM than Iron, & didn't update as often.
Seems fast but ... loaded with Micky soft links and home page won't save... cant find the setting...only startup opening homepage. Linux Mint version
Understand. I think SRWare Iron does not get updated that often, that is why I do not use that one. Cheers.
I used it back in the olden days on Vista lol. It was sometimes a bit buggy. I was considering it as a possibility on Ubuntu now Chrome have nobbled adblocking.
I've installed SRWare Iron. The most annoying thing that hit me about SRWare Iron was the terrible flood of ads. Currently, I'm using (outdated) Maiar, with only two extensions - Canvas Fingerprint defender and LocalCDN - and no ads.
Ads? That's very odd. I have run Iron Portable for several months and ZERO ads. Hmmm... it seems Maiar 81.0.1.65 is unchanged since August 2020. Outdated is right.
