can anybody recommend any good websites or programs to test if a VPN or firewall is leaking or if its trustworthy and if any leaks or problems are found, what are they ? and should i be concerned ?

Try going to https:// dnsleaktest dot com and verifying that ONLY your VPN provider's server is listed even after clicking the 6 step extended test. This is a starting point. 2. Next you need to determine and be POSITIVE that should the VPN connection to your computer be broken the computer will NOT be online. This means that your VPN server needs to be network locked. Otherwise; if that is not the case your internet provider ISP will be seen by any and all sites you connect to. BAD!!!! These are a couple basic starting points. Let us know what you find!
