I got reply from their lab saying that detection is right. I guess that Tor Browser users will have to create exclusion to use this browser.

Just installed this after seeing the incredible deal in the Newegg thread. Seems pretty good so far but it's only been a couple of hours. Definitely better than version 20 was. I can tell that already.

Always do a full Scan when installing Kaspersky for the first time. It becomes much faster after it.

I have 220 days left on my IS licence. If I grab a BF deal, will the new licence still activate in 220 days if I add it, or is that too long a time frame? Alternatively, if I buy a licence now, will it still be valid next summer?

I think there are some situations where the license starts ticking at purchase but it should say if that is the case. If you buy a retail package you are good. Download keys usually don't start until you activate them but if there is any doubt ask the seller.

@xxJackxx It's from Amazon UK, and an emailed activation code, so I think I'll pass then, not worth a £5 saving. Might have gone off KIS in 220 days time anyway! Thanks.

Is there anyone that can point me to more information on this?

It sound like it's for Firefox but what is the point of entering the server in both Firefox and Kaspersky if that is the case?

I'm just guessing but maybe if you don't add it in Kaspersky that traffic won't be scanned?

I'm pleasantly surprised that Patch "b" arrived here really quickly. I'm usually the last KIS user who gets new patches.;)
