Yes @WiseVector, welcome to Wilders Security Forums. It is always nice to have the developer join us to address concerns/questions - and in return, hopefully we can provide you with constructive feedback.

Could you share the IP / domain so as I could whitelist it in another security program (BlackFog Privacy)?

    Thank you.

Yeah, the first 'Quick' scan wasn't so quick on my machine. Not too worried about that at this point though.

Interesting! While running PrivaZer I came back to find a small army of tiny robots in my tray notification area. :D

All but the original one I placed there disappeared as quick as I moved my mouse over them.

Why can i put a check mark on the 4 bait files in the set-up. I guess the set-up is to add or delete my own files or directory to be used as bait if i wanted.

Yes, we have a server in Japan for updates also. Since the amount of our user is increasing, we would like to provide a better customer experience by more servers. ( When we just released V2.65, many users tried to get updates at the same time, but our previous servers chouldn't afford this, so updates failed...we wouldn't let this happen again...)

:thumb: Wasn't complaining, just an observation.

Really liking your program so far, WiseVector. Great job!

The driver of WiseVector StopX is not loaded, so the real-time protection can't start up.
Can you please check is there any APP may stop the driver to be loaded?

Can you please do the following steps to help us to find the reason of the high CPU usage?
    1. When the CPU usage is high, start Process Explorer with administator rights, Find WiseVector.exe or WiseVectorSvc.exe which takes the CPU->double click on it->click Threads. Take a screenshot.
    2. Click on the thread with high CPU usage, click "Stack", take a screenshot of the stack.
    3. Please send the two screenshots to me by a message.
    Thanks in advance.:)

Took me a full half an hour to get that WV downloaded. I just let it go in the background while I did something else. I haven't installed it yet, but hope it's faster than its download.

It was a timing thing for me. Tried a couple times without completing (i'm an anxious type). Tried again at random and it completed entirely no problem.

Now if I can just free up the time to use it in my busy as a bee schedule. Really anticipating great results!

Hmm....I do not recall exactly when I snipped those pics.
I'm curious: What do you see in pics that "driver of WiseVector StopX is not loaded".
I do recall brief testing: for example >
