StopWinUpdates - Disable Windows 10 updates

To prevent the computer from automatically rebooting itself to finish updating the operating system, especially when you're busy working on an important project or have to hurry to look up information online, it's necessary to make some tweaks to the Windows 10 updating service.

Instead of spending a lot of time online reading articles and looking into scripts to figure out how to do this, you can use StopWinUpdates. It's a lightweight utility that can do this with minimal assistance on your behalf. It requires no installation, giving you the possibility to disable the Windows Updates service and later re-enable it if you change your mind.

From the test it seems Delivery Optimization help speedup store download speed specially with large files like games

Update:
If you want to enable Delivery Optimization after using old tool version run the tool then enable Delivery Optimization then run the tool again and disable everything and uncheck Delivery Optimization
Since Windows update tab and Delivery Optimization have same registry to hide you will need to run the tool twice to hide Windows update tab in settings
If you will use the tool for the first time just uncheck Delivery Optimization option

- Seprated hide windows update setting from disabling update since "view uninstalled updates" moved to windows update tab in win11 (After you unhide windows update in settings, open control panel then "Programs and Features" then view uninstalled updates)
- Added option to hide or unhide windows update and delivery optimization from settings
