I also received KB453757 (Update to .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8). Both installed successfully on my new dual-boot setups. :)

Edit: Oh, and KB4052623 - Update for Windows Defender Antivirus antimalware platform.

Yes, also here. Went to 100% "installed" then started all over again. However, it went thru. Winver is 18363.719. Got some new Menu icons, which do clash a bit with my other ones. Oh well.

Having run Insiders builds for months, it was weird to see Malicious Software Removal Tool again. No flash player update though. Think I'll stick w/1909 until the official v. 2004 release. Using DDU on the prev. NVIDIA driver put me into an endless safe mode boot loop with build 19564.1000. :(

Same here, no issue whatsoever with this update.

Regarding installations being done twice. Last month I wrote about it but seems like what I wrote was ignored or forgotten :D. I believe what some people are calling double installation, what appears as a double installation of updates is actually that first we have the installing of the Servicing stack, and then the installation of the update.

I usually babysit updates but didn't do it today, so what I am saying here didn't see it today but seen it before. Usually the first time we see the update install, is done pretty fast (that's the Servicing stack),and then goes back to 0%, it seems like a reinstall, now it takes a longer amount of time to get to100%, and if you did the optional update at the end of the previous month, it doesn't even need to get a full 100% for the update to be done. This second install we see in Settings is really the actual install of the CU.

No noticeable problems after installing 2020-03 Cumulative update and Word 2013 update. Installation was smooth.

Hmmm I think that KB4541509 caused an issue on my system. Today I noticed that I am unable to rename folders or to paste files in the folders ("Can't find the specified file", "The file or the folder does not exist"). I restarted explorer.exe, uninstalled OpenHashTab (just in case), checked the folder(s) permissions and even ran chkdsk on the partition (but I decided to stop the check when I saw that the problem occurs on all partitions).

This video was in right direction but didn't fix the problem => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ku-jsZ7HvfA

I imported the reg file from this link https://www.winhelponline.com/blog/error-rename-move-folders-windows-10 using PowerRun 1.4 by sordum (but I guess that PSExec would worked as well) and that fixed the issue.

On my test 'workhorse' TP Yoga, I have had no windows update notifications, in spite of a manual check yesterday.
Tried again today, still nothing. Rebooted to update HmP.A to build 867.
But now, in update history, I see KB4540673 was installed yesterday Wed 11th, and I have been bumped to build 719. As well as a Word 2010 update KB 4484240, and March MSRT.
And same on my 'prod' Dell XPS on Tuesday 10th!
Very strange. Can't imagine how or when - must have been automatic (overnight?) somehow ... I never noticed anything, no restarts, etc.

My wife's ThinkPad presented the WU, and restart, as expected.

Oops, totally forgot about that little info nugget, bo elam. :) Am getting the cumulative patch KB4551762, it's downloading now. Should be done in a minute or so. Finished d/l and install (no serv.stack this time it seems), now for the restart. Here goes.

my winver is now 18363.720 for v. 1909.

    :D:)
All done here as well. No sweat. And yes, no Servicing stack. This update required same numbered SS as the update from 2 days ago. So, no need for another one.

I've had no issue with either of the latest updates. The only thing slightly out of the ordinary was that on this dual-boot machine I had to restart twice each update for some reason. I didn't have to restart my other dual-boot machine twice.
