    Wow, just wow.

I recall my first ever interaction with him (~on the sandboxie forum, not here) and it was something I teased him about for well over a year (maybe two?).
I never actually hated him, he had this odd way of being politely disarming even as he said something that could have been taken as trollish on occasion.

We never became friends. No surprise there...I don't make many tbh! Still, I find this to be a rather sudden and also sad bit of news. I can only hope that if some true relations end up reading this they take some solace in the fact that he managed to disarm even someone like me while I have a default 'hate you mode.' If nothing else he earned my respect. I understand nothing I've said can make things better. Part of me hopes his relations read this. Another part hoped they won't as I know I am failing miserably at sharing nice last words in respect of him.

I am very saddened to hear this terrible news, I have interacted with him before and after he became a moderator, a role which he has always performed with great critical judgement. This isn’t the first time that I hear of a member passing away, and it is always surreal to realize that behind every avatar there is a real human being… Rest In Peace Pete…

Very sad thing !! Peter was a very wise and competent moderator, always balanced in his posts as moderator, a friend for all the Forum. We'll miss him.

Over the years I found myself always watching for Peters posts. His incites into SBIE, system imaging and building of custom computers will be missed. May he be blessed, RIP.

My best wishes go out to his family and loved ones and I am so sorry for their loss.

Does anyone know if Peter frequented other sites and if so, if he did so with different usernames? I am sure they would like to know of this news too.

Yeah, but not if he goes by another username at other sites. That was the main point of my question.

I too have wondered why he had been not active, it's indeed shocking. RIP Pete, hope your last days on earth were calm & peaceful.
