Is it possible to relocate cache folder? Where is the location?

Tabs on the bottom would be great for Edge but I doubt Microsoft will implement it as they themselves followed Google and did away with it in IE and old Edge. To me personally, tabs on the bottom, the Menu bar, the bookmarks side bar and being able to use NoScript are the most important features or requirements for me to like and feel really comfortable with a browser. With new Edge, I got two of the four. :)

About the move tabs to another window feature, to me that's not a feature but a huge annoyance. Firefox has had that for 9 years, myself, I never moved a tab to another window while wanting to do it, in other words, I don't use that feature or find any benefit for using it, but find myself continuously moving a tab to another window by mistake, this creates distractions and waste of time, because I have to close the window and open the website again. Finally, Mozilla has come to their senses and has created an about:config preference that we ll be able to use to turn this thing off, it will available in Firefox 74. Lets hope, it can be turned off in Edge.

"Microsoft has staked everything on the all-Chromium clone of Chrome, what with IE relegated to a legacy role and the original Edge a complete flop".

What exactly has Microsoft staked on Chromium Edge? It's Microsoft's operating system. Why do they even care which browser people use?

There is no way to understand what you are saying or what you are asking.
    Could an explanation be possible?

As far as I know neither the new Chromium Edge or the Microsoft Edge can be run in safe mode (no addons)
If you use 'in private mode' I believe it disables the addons.

Pretty underwhelming, basically chrome with an added ad/tracker blocker, thats it really.

I mean I heard they removed a lot of google internal tracking stuff which is nice, but the UI front end is underwhelming.

I was hoping for another Vivaldi variant has a bunch of UI customisation features.

Private window seems to be missing from the menu.

Edit: clearing the cache was the remedy.

Actually with "tabs on bottom" I mean that the tab-bar should be in the bottom of the screen just above the Windows Taskbar. Believe it or not, Vivaldi is currently the only browser on the planet that offers this feature. You could also do this with the Tab Mix Plus extension on Firefox, but this extension is pretty much dead. This should have been a standard feature on every browser. That's why I say, to hell with Google, Mozilla, Opera and M$.

Exactly, Vivaldi is the only option for power users, all others are simply Chrome clones with a few extra features. I'm not impressed with Opera, Brave and Edge. But for the masses they are good enough.

Is anyone getting hangs or freezes with Edge Chromium? I'm having it happen here and there after the latest update.

No, been using it extensively. You have any enabled extensions? Would consider disabling all and testing. Any particular sites this occurs on?

Is it only a temporary freeze? I use it on places that really tests it like Facebook, and I scroll really quick and no issues. Like I said, I would try disabling those extensions and testing.. Often extensions at fault.
