    Great time for AMD. They caught up on performance with Intel in desktop CPUs, but sometimes it is not enough, because behind the curtain Intel exerted pressure on desktop PC and laptop manufacturers. Today Intel can't pressure them, because there is shortage of Intel CPU, so they must create some models with AMD's CPU.

    Given that AMD depends on others factories including TSMC and Samsung I wonder whether there will be behind-the-curtain pressure to limit production capability of AMD processors by these factories...

    Since intel keeps falling behind more and more - maybe they should partner with TSMC? By 2027 or earlier TSMC will be on pm process scale.
