    Thanks itman !

I have just put back a backup image from two days ago (while being off-line). After reboot and getting on-line again I get it offered again.

Got it. If I hadn't checked here I probably would not have known.
    Now 4 more to go.
    Thanks

    Version 12.2.30.0

Just got it offered (no pre-release enabled). I let it install and rebooted.
So far I have no more info. I leave that to others if/when it comes available.

This fixes the error at boot time some Win 10 users were receiving that both Eset and Windows Defender were disabled. It also eliminates related like Error Event log entries that were being generated.

I installed it last week when @Marcos posted a download link for it on the Eset forum. Zip problems with this release so far.

Don't know if related to the W10 error but one of my W7 machines was from time to time warning me via Action Center that ESET was not running. In fact it happened today prior to installing 12.2.30.0.

    Thanks for the info! :)

Hmm, at the moment the manual install file eis_nt64.exe seems not yet to be updated at https://www.eset.com/int/home/internet-security/download/
    (go there to advanced download).
That English install file (for 64-bit) eis_nt64.exe is the same one as it was for version 12.2.29.0 with checksum:
    SHA-256 - 69EB02F3E85E38315055402C0D273057F64A0B98383F610EA0BE071EC234F532
I don't know whether that download page will be updated. Time will tell.

The update was uneventful which is good. That said I wasn't having any issues before.

If you don't want to wait, you can download ver. 12.2.30 from here: https://forum.eset.com/topic/20839-eset-v12229-bug/?do=findComment&comment=102014 . This is not a beta or pre-release version. It is the final production ver. now currently being distributed via Eset update.

Just received ver. 13.0.22 a short while ago.

Big changes are Advanced Machine Learning and improved Connected Home Monitor.

Just now updated to V13.0.22.0 on two 7x64 machines. I carefully checked all settings comparing one machine (with new V13) to the other (with old V12) because one time a few settings were changed on update. None changed this time, and man there's a pile of settings to review!

I do have pre-release update selected in settings, ever since a Sandboxie/ESET issue. You could change that setting and see if the update becomes available.

I guess I do still have pre-release updates on. I thought I had changed it back. I guess that's why.

Networkperformance is going down with new version. With real machine a little bit but under VMWare and Virtualbox there is no performance existing. Instead of a dl rate from approx. 90 MB/s (it is a real Gb Network, but in the virtual machines there isn´t the full rate) the download breaks down to 100-700 KB/s. This isn´t acceptable. Deinstalled Eset and the network is running like before.....

This is a known issue in Windows Filtering Platform and other AVs, such as Kaspersky, Symantec and Bitdefender are affected as well.
