It was a good phone with a great camera - mine is still awesome (950). I still own a Nokia E6 and even 4-5 years into its life, it had better optics than premium smartphones coming out at that time. Mrk

Here's my take on their failure of it. They could have and should have beefed up PC Desktop-O/S enhancements instead of scrambling everyone's mindset into feeling they were abandoned, courtesy the store, tiles, etc. with their age old practice of running from previous series instead of revamping those systems. I felt something was wrong when they pushed that gimmick onto what was once long time dedicated customers/users of Windows 7. Then along came 8, then the now infamous introduction of Win 10 with forcing the upgrades (telemetry scare) for so long, instead of revisiting the 7 and offering feature rich-performance improvements AS A CHOICE/ Then they still could introduced 8 & subsequently 10 as user/customers options instead of trash canning the predecessors in an End Of Life Cycle series scenario. With that said, in my opinion the Windows Phone would have become much more accepted and looked at as an expansion of their products to be considered more effectively then it's turned out. Never did quite get a grip on them jumping ship and running headlong into uncharted waters.
