And Red Screen(shot) of Death. Add to that the Bing search processor maxed out screen of death. The list of ways Microsoft can kill Windows is endless.:(

On a somewhat brighter note, KBs 4516115 (flash player), 4514359 (.NET Framework) and 4515384 (cumulative) installed very quickly and seamlessly on here. It should always be like this. (yeah, right. But I'm not knocking it). Winver for 1903: 18362.356.

    Likewise here. KB4515384 states -

Just tried it, disabled Bing results in local searches and everything's fine, no CPU spikes.

I wasn't offered the Malicious Software Removal Tool (MSRT) for this month (other updates installed OK)

    KB890830

    Did everyone else get it?

I installed all Windows 8.1 and Office 2013 updates and didn't notice any problems so far.

All three updates for Win10 1903 installed without issue on my three machines.

No red / orange screenshots on this machine but haven't checked my other two.

Just updated Win 10 1903 to build 18362.356, but the update wasn't flawless, it affected my C drive inducing a file error, even Macrium aborted a backup for this reason. Fortunately running a scan with MS error checking tool rectified the problem requiring a scan and a restart...

The strange thing is that the error was visible by checking 'Security and Maintenance' because otherwise everything seemed to be working well, except as I said, I couldn't complete a backup with Macrium.

I think it sounds more like he is the one who messed up things.....last week.

FWIW, this update, installed smoothly. I cant find anything wrong. If you are looking for opinions, I ll say go ahead and install it. The chances to be successfull are far greater than it will fail (unless, of course, you mess with W10 like the guy in the quote describes he did last week and/or use program that messes up with Windows).

    "Might have" being key words.
Unless at least one more user reports the same, one bad report amounts to exactly 0 evidence.

I had to reboot because after downloading some updates I received the yellow download icon telling me to download which led to a searching for update loop.Reboot fixed it and all updates installed. It just may have been a server or internet issue.

    Who's learning and where from?
While I agree with the general comments regarding MS telemetry, I would like to see some reference/proof for this revelation. Because when you don't provide any, it just looks like you're pulling it out of your.... Not saying that you do, but it looks like it.
