On 8/9/2019 I bought the Premium version so that it would automatically update. Today, it popped a notice in my system tray that Diag has an update so I should download it. Huh? How come the Premium version didn't do an automatic update?

So I ran Diag & clicked on the update link to get it to do a manual update. It popped a response that Diag was "not installed" so I should download it & install it.

I checked Control Panel> Uninstall and Diag was on the list as an installed program.

So I decided to go ahead, download it again & install it again. It's working again (the updated version) but it charged me for the activation, so I now have zero remaining. Also, the updated version's dashboard still says "Last Scan Date" was "Never", even though I have scanned 2 times. The previous version had the same bug.

Good grief, this thing is buggy. It's installed (per Windows7) but says it isn't, even though the program is functioning. I paid for Premium but it won't do an automatic update. I download the update manually, that I had paid for to do automatically, & it charges me an activation. I have scanned multiple times but it still says "Never".

If this thing is in Beta, they should tell people. :thumbd: I am no longer a fan of Adlice!

UPDATE: Version 1.3.2 is now running smoothly. It still shows I have "Never" scanned on the Dashboard even though the History shows I have scanned several times. Other than that, it now seems to be running just fine.

I'm sorry to hear that, you can contact the support if you have any issue: https://adlice.com/contact/
Everything can be fixed or improved ;)

As for automatic updates, it should now be fully automatic (there's a setting in the General Settings to turn on)
Instances should be fixed as well, let me know if you have new issues.
