Not long ago my Gmail was down, although I could access Google Photos. I'd say around 23:50 (British Summer Time).
Mine also. More concerning, I couldn't get to my Dashboard. Luckily, it seems OK now. Website--Is It Down Right Now reported regional outages.

Who are they kidding. I would be very hesitant to believe Google didn't pull this bag of tricks on purpose. Kinda like a dry run.
Whatever the project their working on this time hasn't affected Gmail for me all day. Maybe it's a sporadic thing-or maybe something or somebody else is been serving my Gmail services

I've just got a 404 with Google Calendar. Today 15:24 British Summer Time. It did try to load for a bit then went to 404. Gmail seems OK as does Google Drive.

I've not known GCalendar do this before. It makes me realise I need a back-up. One of the first rule of computers ... always have a back-up!
