    Hi Everyone,

I've now been using ProtonVPN Plus for a few months. Previously, I found the Basic option too restricted for my needs. Customer service is good. In fact, I have a technical problem right now that I hope to resolve soon with their support team's help.

As an observation, I note that ProtonVPN has been criticised for being expensive compared to other VPN providers. But I do wonder what level and quality of support the lower cost VPN companies provide. That's why I moved away from VyprVPN as their technical support was seriously lacking. And, just for the record, I have no commercial interests whatsoever with ProtonVPN. I am simply an end-user.

    Hi Folks,

It is precisely one calendar month since my last post on this thread. And it has to be said that I am currently disappointed with ProtonVPN customer service. I am trying to solve several technical issues but Proton's response time is disappointingly slow. So, beware!

So do I, imdb. Now that Mozilla/Firefox are trialling ProtonVPN, it will be interesting to see how well the CERN guys handle the extra customers!

    Hi Folks,

I finally decided to close my ProtonVPN account. Technical support was not what I would have expected from such a respectable company. Over time, they may improve. It is noteworthy that the two problems I was having with ProtonVPN were immediately resolved simply by switching to IVPN. For me, good Customer Support is worth paying for. Timely resolution to any problems is high up on my priority list regardless of what product or service is being sold. So, let's see how I get on with IVPN.
