    Roger. Thanks for that info:).
I will stand corrected om my information. Having used it for years I trust what it is doing with my system and have had no reason to mistrust it, so will continue using it.

Guys, I'm not so sure anymore about Glary Tracks Eraser and Glary Disk Cleaner, it seems that during cleaning, disk-space does not increase, in fact in certain cases it even decreases, so something is just not right. Perhaps you guys can check it out, I tested both tools with the help of Sandboxie.

I wouldn't test those kinds of tools in SBIE. Either use a VM or test and restore with an imaging program

Why not? These tools should be able to clean the sandboxed folders.

@Peter2150 's right that you should use a vm instead. besides, the decrease in free disk space shows that gte/gdc works as it should, filling the related blocks with random data. if you run it sandboxed it won't have the sufficient read/write privileges to perform its task. as a result, the random data used to fill the blocks will not be removed and the disk space will not be freed.

OK I see, I thought that disk-cleaners should simply remove all junk from the sandboxed folders, and AFAIK this does happen most of the time. BTW, I'm trying to free up disk-space because I want to install a video-game, and I'm surprised to see that all of my sandboxes take up 28GB, so there must be quite a lot of junk.
