So, it seems like the only antivirus which still have a true "interactive" mode is ESET NOD32

What makes you think it's the only one?

Tried several of them, this is the only one I found.
Please share, if you know any other.

    Thanks!

360 Total Security and Tencent PC Manager, are two that come to mind.

I was hoping for a well known antivirus, tested in AV Comparatives ...

Tencent PC Manager is regularly tested by them and lately has been one of the best performing antiviruses. For example, it had 100% detection in the February-March real world protection test

Kaspersky has an interactive mode, just uncheck the box and you'll be asked for every detection.
Most of AV solutions have an option of this type, more or less hidden in the settings; I don't know where you got the idea of only Eset.

Avira updated to version 15.0.1905.1249 today, but I'm still not getting the April Monthly Rollup. What gives? Am I doing something wrong here? Or is Microsoft still blocking the April Monthly Rollup to Avira users?

I have Windows 7 (64 bit) actually. I just checked the known issues on the April Monthly Rollup article and apparently Avira is still blocked by Microsoft.

My dad uses Windows 7 as well and he also hasn't received the update yet.

    I see.
Yes, but despite what the MS article (Last Updated: May 3, 2019) says,
the Avira's KB article (which updated at Monday, May 6, 2019) includes the Windows 7:
here there are some notes for Avira=

    Fake advertising

Global Avira installs is always counting , on average 2-3 /sec, day /night/ weekends, never stopping , never pausing.... Is sad when they really believe people are stupid....

    That is true!
Also is true that some of us are uninstalling Avira, so, for more credibility , the counter should also go back!

Oh, I forgot! This is marketing and has nothing to do with credibility....

Anybody running the Avira Software updater and noticed high memory usage (400+MB) of that particular process?
