Sometimes, I use the free version of Bandicam but it has an obvious watermark at the top. The Apowersoft, does it have a watermark?
I can't honestly say if it has a watermark, as I last used it several months ago on a previous PC, so I have no recordings to view. As far as I recall it does not have a watermark though, but again, I could be wrong. It works well though, I used it to record online presentations.

never tried it on windows 8.xx but it worked on windows 7(64 bit but 32 also works) onwards without a problem and is very light on resources fastone capture https://www.faststone.org/FSCaptureDetail.htm
What happens to the screen recorded video's that get saved after the trial for Camtasia - do they let you view those after the expiry (if you don't buy)? Any idea the max screen recording time during the trial?
