    No, it's not only about canvas. Canvas fingerprinting is only one aspect.

    privacy.ResistFingerprinting in about:config is derived from the "Cross-Origin Fingerprinting Unlinkability" approach in the Tor Browser. It comprises a lot of anti-fingerprinting measures which are also summarized here. Thorin-Oakenpants from the gHacks user.js project maintains a sticky issue that tracks the progress in implementing those PRF measures very well.

    Incorrect, it's set to FF 60.

    Btw., another issue maintained by Pants tracks the progress in First-Party Isolation. I've been using it for a long time without any problems.

    As the article states, both vulnerabilities were discovered in the same attack. I'm surprised Mozilla didn't fix them both in 1 release.
