I updated Windows 7, .NET and Office 2010 and so far didn't notice any problems.

    Same here.
Two Windows 7 systems, KB4499164 Monthly Rollup, KB4499406 .NET Framework Rollup (and also KB890830 MSRT), two reboots (update reboot plus one extra), no issues.

It probably just failed the last time, and is trying again.

    On Win 7 64-bit:
Did anybody use the PCIClearStaleCache exe ?
I see at https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4499175 and then go to the download:
    Code:
    http://download.windowsupdate.com/d/msdownload/update/software/secu/2019/05/pciclearstalecache_d243a607b50db10ed50f03cff570498018c61a59.exe

Didn't we have such a thing already long ago?

There are also postings about this at AskWoody : https://www.askwoody.com/2019/may-2019-patch-tuesday-arrives/
    Member PKCano posted there:
That's not the way I used it last year (but I do Security Only updates on Win 7 ).
Somewhere here at Wilders there must be the old tips I got from someone; now I got to find those old posts ...

    EDIT
PKCano made a little typo in that post at AskWoody:
The name is pciclearstalecache and not pciclearstatecache

    +1 (Win 10 Pro).

After the first installation, in WU it was shown as installed, in winver was still in .475

JFYI, all 4 Win 10 updates (MRT, Flash, .NET Framework and MCU) installed trouble free.

All updates installed within seconds w/o a second effort. I ran Passmark on my older Skylake system and there was a 200 point decrease, which repeated on retest, but which subjectively, I couldn't experience. When I'm in the market, maybe for the 10 nm processors, these vulnerabilities won't be there. I hope. Winver also 17763.503

Same. Two 7x64 machines, all five "Important" updates installed yesterday. Today, another update awaited, Servicing Stack Update KB4490628. I was surprised that it was not there yesterday, given that it's supposedly been available since mid-March of 2019. Installed both, so far so good. Macrium Reflect images on hand if needed.

i have two laptops with Win 7 and one with Win 8.1. I updated all machines today: installed security/important updates only. After reboot/few hours everything is working fine.

Question about the 'wormable' flaw in Remote Desktop Services...

I have that service disabled on both of my 7x64 machines. Does a user need to have that service started in order for the patch to work? History says updates installed properly, but question remains.

Also does anyone know if the RDS flaw patch is incorporated in the Monthly Quality Rollup KB 4499164? I have tried searching for the answer with no success.

    Thank you

Page42, don't believe you need to have a service enabled in order for any patch to install. I don't know much about this particular KB yet, because I usually don't patch until the end of the month, when the coast is clear. Here's some info that I would eventually read:
