    xxJackxx, I don't use ESET, however, I searched for and could not find that file in my PortableApps.com Beta version, after using the Internal Updater.

    Perhaps someone who uses ESET will respond to you soon.

    I just also got the same result updating my desktop at home to 66.0.5. I may post on their forum when I get a minute.

    We'll see how the BITS thing works out as a lot of people (not me) disable the service because they think they are "optimizing" their system.

    Multiple profiles are easy. As a matter of fact they keep making it harder to share profiles. You can't downgrade versions without being informed that there are compatibility issues. I won't say it can't be done, but for the average person it won't.

    I have luckily disabled the BITS service because it can be abused by malware and I download Win Updates manually. But I'm not too happy about this auto-updating stuff, Firefox now keeps nagging about updates, and BITS might make it even worse. The user should always be in charge.
