FYI. BleachBit Portable 2.0 (disk, cache, history cleaner) Released for the PA Platform, courtesy of PortableApps.com.
Thanks. Decided to check it out. Portable Version. We on this end are Portable types. Less mess less fuss you know. But i still use Eraser big time. It's on every single machine irregardless of it's old stature. It works perfectly! Since mine are spindle drives (all of them) Eraser clears/scrambles deletes to keep the machines moving smoothly as ever. BUT, will tinker with famous/infamous Bleach Bit new version and see how it compares.
Yes, I know. It's my first foray into BleachBit as well, since CCleaner is getting a bit evil. You're welcome! Take care.
Got the Windows portable version last week. It doesn't seem to detect anything in Chrome's cache folder. (5 bytes?) CCleaner says there's more than 80MB there. Searched a bit about this issue and didn't find anything. Thanks in advance!
I can not use BleachBit portable on my main PC for the reason described in the 3D below: https://msfn.org/board/topic/177847-bleachbit-portable-error/
