You made it clear to keep it in the zip file. Now it works.Instructions on the web page should be clearer.Thanks.
It did not appear clear that the files had to remain in the zip folder to update them.I extracted them and saw a file named signatures and thought that was the correct file.If you could make it clear to import the whole zip file without extracting it I think it would help.
We'll try to improve that process, maybe by providing a file without extension (to avoid confusion) and also improve the whole chain.
Hi Tigzy, A few FPS to check and fix: Also the portable version can't import definitions and doesn't save log files. I had to install the program to use these features. Regards, Georgi
No, the program simple close when try to import the defs and don't start again until manually started but then it's again with the old defs. It should be official even in beta: winamp.com download.nullsoft.com/winamp/client/winamp58_3660_beta_full_en-us.exe
This is a crash, any chance you could help me to get the dump? When you reopen RogueKiller does it ask for upload? Yes but UCheck doesn't handle betas for now. When winamp will push it to production UCheck will automatically update to the new version.
No dmp files in the C:\Windows\minidump (and the settings for the folder are correct - to create complete memory dumps) or in my other crash location C:\Users\FFreestyleRR\AppData\Local\CrashDumps. Also no signs from the crash in the EventViewer or in the Control Panel\System and Security\Action Center\Reliability Monitor. And no when I re-open the portable version it doesn't ask me to upload anything. Ok, thanks for the clarification.
It should be in "C:/ProgramData/RogueKiller/Debug" That'd be really great if you could do a Team Viewer session, or get the crash dump with procdump
Hi, I think the problem with this version (13) is that RogueKiller is unable to create its folder in the %programdata%. Something that I reported before (if you remember). The problem don't exist in version 12 but 13 is still unable to create its folder on my Windows 8.1 x64. Ok, I will try to get the dmp with procdump later today since I have to go to work in about 30 min.
You are right, if its folder doesn't exist it's probable that it won't import the signatures. I haven't been able to reproduce the issue so far on 8x64... Would you agree to help me fixing this issue (the folder not creating) ? With Team Viewer
Hi Mops, Yes, it is fixed. I tested a few hours ago and the issue is no longer present. Regards, Georgi
Hi @B-boy/StyLe/ Thank you very much for your Infos I will test it on Friday or in the Weekend With best Regards Moos21
