I logged into my account today in an attempt to deactivate my license, and someone else's information is showing on my account. I can't get through to them on the phone. What kind of Circus are they running over at Storage Craft? Since I can't get in touch with them by phone I guess I will have to embarrass them on the their forum. If you have an account with them then check your accounts.
It turns out that it is a Storage Craft Employees information that is listed on my account. The section it is listed under is titled, "My Account". I explained to them that if they are going to put their information on customer accounts then don't label it as "My Account"; that should be the customer's information. I don't think they cared. Well, with all the trouble I have had with Shadow Protect I will not be doing business with them anymore. It took me hours to get in touch with them by phone, and I still have not gotten my license straightened out yet.
