This is the closest Wilders has to a general computer section: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/categories/software-hardware-and-general-services.47/ The last 2 sub-forums: Other Software & Services and Hardware are general in nature. What questions would fall outside of those 2 sub-forums?
I was thinking whether it is in order to ask a question in Wilders such as; e.g. How do I add items to the 'Send to' menu.
Try googling first, usually works Mods don't like this cuz they'd rather you generate traffic on the site, but I think it's better if you google cuz most questions have already been asked and answered many times and you can usually easily find the answer with a bit of googling
Since the Other Software & Services sub-forum deals with Operating Systems as well, if your OS is Windows, that would be the perfect place for that question.

The question about the 'Send to' menu was just an example so that you know what I am looking for. Now I know where to post that type of question. Thank you for making things clear to me.
