Reinstalled Win. 10 & now I get a message "Error:22A" when I register Spyware Blaster.

Hi-Can u help me here?
After I reinstalled Win.10,my license is unable to be verified.
The message I get is "22A".
Spyware Blaster works, it just wont auto-update.
