    Here is mine.

The start up menu is see threw.

    It has interactive voices.

I run it off a program called Dragon naturally Speaking (Voice command) .

It has a full interactive flash website as the wall paper with some minor HTML hacking.

The wall paper is interactive plays music has a shut off switch and has all kinds of stuff in its menu as you can see.

there are programs that do this but there a rip off in the fact they use up all the CPU

with a little HTML hacking and regular xp color scheme with a dash of y'z shadow you can have fully interactive interface.

VEE-RY CO-OOL, Open Source!! Like the transparent start menu, so you use DragonSpeaking? I've thought of that, not sure if I want my puter to talk back - yet! :) I'm still sorta new, wouldn't want my own puter to start bossing me around! :D

    Cheers!

Checked out the link, M$ would hate all that!! :) People might have ideas of their own!

I read something that he said about the .net initiative - "We don't have user-centricity. Until we understand context, which is way beyond presence -presence is the most trivial notion of context." (o_O)

It's now in the book, "The Dumbest Moments in Business History" (stifling chortles)

    transparent start menu

Y'z Shadow is an enhancement software which adds a shadow effect to the windows
in pursuit of the "beauty of a shadow".
It also allows the user the option of making menus transparent.

    This software is free.

    Web page [Y'z@Home]

I used regular color scheme in windows xp far cheaper then windows blind and less ram hogging.

as for content on the web i got it straight out of my temporary INTERNET folder xp stores all the websites you visit automatically so there for its already in your PC.

for example wilders and all the pictures you viewed are already on your PC.

All one has to do is dig in the temp folder so if its already on your PC and you already downloaded it,

I feel it should be free do as you wish with it so long as its in your PC.

Basically your not allowed to make copy's and distribute it across the net with out the permission of the artist or company.

Otherwise it would be illegal for every-website you visit you would technically be making an illegal copy just by viewing any website.

stranger yet one could argue that websites are uploading things to your PC and hacking in with out your permission.

    perty silly.

My desktop is even more boring. It is just blue with icons on it. I don't care about it because it is almost never seen.

Ah...the only thing I changed is putting the time on my start button :)

Thanks for the link, OpenSource! I agree they can hack you - don't hack them. That's why I am here, my computer went dead still it had soo much adware/spyware on it. didn't even know about it, until someone (ChrisLG) from here helped us at the Dell forums. Thank you, Chris!!:D You made it worth it to keep learning!

I like your browser cache tool, Still__Longhorn, and Gerard, that is what I need on my start button -a clock!! I forget how long I am on, sometimes!!

    Cheers All!

Talk about synchronicity (not The Police song) - I thought I'd check here today to see what's new and I find someone with the same wallpaper as I am currently using!

I tried Webshots a while ago and snagged that WV wallpaper.
