    within plain tags

    maybe the plain tags would have been better ......

    it are those __ characters before the word blob in the link ....

    OK, I know it is not really important, but I'll try to explain why I was hesitating and going back and forward, and why I did choose for the code tags finally.
    Both ways can be used for de-linking; usually I use the plain tags in such circumstances. But:
    - I use settings to make things more "readable" for me.
    - When logged on here, I use vB 3.x - Fluid.
    - It is a bit odd link.

    (I hope the following screenshots show what I mean)

    When logged on, using plain tags, I see:

    When logged off, using plain tags, I see:

    W_2018-11-17_02.png

    I didn't want to have the link (as shown in the first screenshot) to be on two lines, so I decided to use the code tags. That way I didn't have that problem.
