I have not used Avira in years. But they will not stop spamming my daughter, who is underage. I used to have her email address tied to my account, which presumably is why they started spamming her a long time ago.

    * I've tried the "unsubscribe" links in the emails they send. Didn't work.
    * I deleted her email address from my Avira account. Didn't work.
    * I deleted my entire Avira account. Didn't work.

Now the "unsubscribe" link ( https://www.avira.com/en/support?x-a-source=selligent ) just redirects to the support landing page. I cannot contact Avira via email, because my email address is not registered "for a Premium Product".

I'm getting a tad irritated over this. How can I make it stop at the source?

Maybe just configure her email clients to put them in junk?

I mean, at some point, you just gotta drop spam, and forget about it.

And that's a useful lesson for her to learn, I think.

That's why I like Runbox for emails. They let you block domain names and their spam filter actually works.

Please send me her mail in a PM, I will have the team investigate the root cause. This definitely should not be happening!
