All right, sorry for that. As a general advice, tho there're many ways:
    (1) play w/ dynamic filter to see if the ad is blocked when you toggle each domain. If you find the plausible domain (or even if not, anyway) open network request log and search for the domain (or anything you think is related), then try to find the culprit, then you can directly make block rule from there by click, tho you may need to change it a bit (mostly wildcard). In some cases it requires trial and error.
    (2) or open source code of the page, find the responsible url or script (more for advanced user).
    (3) element picker may also be used? I only use it for cosmetic filter so not sure. It seems element picker can also be used in simple cases.
If above are too complicated, maybe someone who have FB will help you.

Quite frankly, your post is missing all necessary details.
What does that exactly mean? How did you whitelist Facebook?

How do those ads look like? Are they really related to Facebook?

Anyways, in order to avoid getting tracked by Facebook all over the net you can block it in the global column of Dynamic Filtering and create a noop rule for it in the local column once you are on facebook.com. Perhaps this also helps against those ads.

Does that image explain what I mean?

I've deleted "facebook.com" from there, now it is not whitelisted.

That disables uBO entirely in facebook.com, so do what summerheat said i.e. use dyanmic rule.

    Just in case: ubo.png
    Nooping fbcdn is also recommended.
Remember, if you do this you can't watch embedded FB video in 3rd party site. If you want to watch, make noop rules for facebook.com on that site too.

Every time the user scrolls (not me I don't use Facebook) FB page a video can start playing and while playing a short Ad in the form of a 10+ second video, like in Youtube videos, bursts in unexpectedly. Next when it finishes the original wanted video continues.
    Good question, dunno.

I don't want to break any other FB functionality like games such as Farm Heroes, Monster Busters, etc. This is why initially I whitelisted FB.

Thanks @142395 I'm reading your post too.

Now we see what you want. Then you don't need to play with dynamic rules, but make sure you don't use any social filters such as Fanboy's social or Adguard's, and keep facebook.com not whitelisted. If you encounter problems, report it here or directly to gorhil. (Unfortunately, any filter can cause FP, but if you want FB ads to be blocked, you can't whitelist it.)
If you still want to allow anything from facebook.com but only want to block that specific ads, there's a way, maybe summerheat and others can help - but I have to sleep.

Exactly, that's why above I said "okay okay forget I have FB whitelisted" meaning I deep down in myself lol knew I had to un-whitelist it.

    Thank you both.

I know what the problem was. I was using uBlock, but it apparently it didn't work correctly. Now I have installed uBlock Origin and for the first time ever it works with Vivaldi, it's weird as hell.

Is it possible to bring back the icon of the world globe that let's you know that you're making global rules? Also, Fanboy’s Cookiemonster List stays on "799 used out of 12178' which means is doesn't work on most sites, is this a bug?

The Cookiemonster List only needs to filter 799 because 11.379 of it are already included in other enabled filter lists.

OK I see. If that's the case, then it's not as good as the "I don't care about cookies" extension.

BTW, do any of you guys have problems with loading Yahoo Finance when uBlock is enabled? On both Firefox and Vivaldi it became slow to load when scrolling, and it will make them use a lot of CPU time. And I can see that uBlock's blocking counter keeps getting higher and higher.

    Hello @Rasheed187:

I too agree with your uBO blocking counter observations. The blocking counter increments with Firefox 62.0.3 w/uBO 1.17.2 on PC and macOS platforms and is also present if uBO 1.17.0 is installed with Google's Chrome 70.0.3538.67.

If a user were to park on that Yahoo page for hours, the uBO counter will definitely increment into the thousands...

A similar blocking counter also increments with Malwarebytes' Beta Browser Extension 1.0.30, but to a lesser degree.

This makes me wonder if Yahoo's code for that page is possibly flawed. Yet, uBO/Malwarebytes may wish to look into this too.

The website is firing a lot of beacon requests and spyware filters also have a lot to do.
The more things gets blocked, the bigger the counter - the counter of uBlockO is working as intended.

I'm sorry to say but your comment is incorrect because it happens on youtube also and no beacons or spyware is there because it happens to tunnelbear blocker and it detects no beacons or spyware both blockers say it is ad's.

The first sentence of my comment was explicitely related to the above mentioned website, not youtube or something else. I can definitely see beacon requests and spyware filters are pretty much active on the above mentioned website.

But no matter what website, if something gets blocked the counter is increasing. Thats the purpose of the counter.

So don't you find it strange that if i am on youtube watching say 1320 videos or anything for peace sake why will ublock has 1k(1000) and counting, then when i check the logs it the same thing getting block over & over so why can it block those things one time, why does it have to be reoccurring like a loop or something, just asking?

A good alternative is the list from I don't care about cookies.

This has to do with Youtube's relatively new feature of dynamic page loading. There is no next page, instead new content is loading below the old. So when you click on any video and go back, the adblocker is recognizing that it is still on page 1 and is blocking the same ads all over adding them to the count. Also, and this is only a suspicion since I can't find it documented, Google may be using some kind of anti-adblock technique (to some extent), to push one and the same ad through the adblocker. And then a good adblocker has measures to prevent that as well so it too gets added to the count.
There are also new ads that are being pushed every few minutes.
